Viskyar Monastery "St. St. Peter and Pavel"
In the 20th century it was restored and later deserted again. At present it is not functioning. The only preserved building is a small church, one-nef, one-apse, without a cupola and without a narthex, of an exceptionally poor interior and a beautiful ritual cross in front of it.
Location
The Viskyar monastery is located in the south-eastern part of the Viskyar mountain, about 3 km to the north-west of the village of Rasnik, Pernik region"
Transport
The monastery is connected to the town of Pernik (15 km to the south) by a second class road and from there - to the town of Radomir. To the north-west is the town of Breznik (8 km). Patron Saint`s day on 29 June.<
